Shipping and Delivery

At Pluck and Shine Ltd we aim to provide the absolute best customer service. We are not a big online retail platform so we depend on our Postage Providers to do their best, too.

Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the next business day and orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Royal Mail

We are currently using Royal Mail Tracked service, because we want to support our posties, who are doing a great job.
Nonetheless it might happen that this service is disrupted – latest being industrial action – and shipping times are out of our control.

Unfortunately we have made the experience that Shipping to Northern Ireland (NI) may take a few days longer, even if you chose the Tracked 24 hours service. Apologies for this, but this is out of our control.

In this case we are offering temporarily different shipping solutions (DPD, Evri).

Important Notice

Please make sure that you insert the correct address including house number and safe place (if there is nobody at the location to receive your parcel). If you notice a mistake please inform us immediately, so that we can correct this before handing over to our courier.

Please understand that once a parcel has been given to the Post Office or Courier delivery service it is out of our control.
