Refund & Returns Policy

At Pluck and Shine Ltd., we strive to guarantee your satisfaction with our products, but in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, here’s what you do:

Click Here To Contact us within 7 days of receipt & provide us with the reason for returning the item.

If you are returning the product because you have changed your mind, or the product is not as expected, it must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received the item, we will issue a refund excluding the original posting costs. 

If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours and make sure to take photos upon receipt. If there is obvious damage when delivered, please ask the driver to verify & record the issue. 

If you believe that an item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, but please send the item back. 

All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notification. In any case we will not be able to issue a refund if we do not receive the product you bought from us.

Refunds will be returned to the source you used for purchase (credit card, debit card or paypal). Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reach your account.
